Moredun Charities
Moredun was established as the Animal Diseases Research Association in 1920 by farmers dedicated to improving the health of their livestock. As well as the world renowned Moredun Research Institute, The Moredun Group also includes two charitable bodies:
The Moredun Foundation is a registered charity that supports animal health and welfare through research and education and governs the work of the Moredun Research Institute and the Moredun group.
The Equine Grass Sickness Fund is administered within the Moredun Foundation and is dedicated to supporting and advancing research into grass sickness in horses and further improving the treatment of chronic cases.
